1. <\/span>Election of a chairperson, if somebody so wishes <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

2. <\/span>The report of the Society Board for the period since the previous annual general meeting <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

3. <\/span>Presentation and approval of the revised account of 31st of December <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

4. <\/span>Proposals for the agenda should be emailed to the Society Board no later than February 1st and will be sent out with the agenda <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

5. <\/span>Decisions concerning membership fee for the current financial year <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

6. <\/span>Nomination of new Society Board members  <\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>

7. <\/span>Any other business<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Only Society Board members, Editorial Board members and Scientific Committee members are invited. <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
